Was great to see a good turnout of players although the end of the game was not impressive. There are a some of items / ideas i wish to suggest 1/ I think you need to have or implement some disciplinary sub committee to oversea problems that occur such as the event on the day. This should be overseen by people outside your membership base. This will help or be seen by other teams as good management. A letter of apology would be in affect a good idea. 2/ Additionally, all players and supporters should be made in your constitution / rules be aware that your club is representing Suncheon as a foreigner based team (and sponsored by Koreans budinesses) and behaviour is paramount. Therefore, prematch talks should be based on this theme 2/ In regard to sponorship the possibility of sleeve or multi sponsorship should be investigated. These are suggestions and observations I have made and they are reccommmendation i think will improve your standing in the community Regards Ashley Hi All
